The street is High St. in Newry, where my mother's parents lived, and is prominent in my few early memories. The idea of both the red bus and the '45 wielding eejit appearing in it is both exciting and horrifying. This picture belongs to my friend Clare O'Hagan, who designed (beautifully) the Irelantis book, and is co-publisher too.
